Bands and 'ball, another Friday Night

Dillon Stutsman, kicker and backup QB
for the State Champion Reitz Panthers
Always trying to squeeze more time out of the day, I was certain I could finish the work on the motorcycle before the Reitz vs Memorial football game. No. Didn't happen. I only missed one quarter, but in that quarter Mr. Dillon Stutsman had already passed for 2 touchdowns!
I had the pleasure of taking Dillon's Senior photos earlier this summer. He was great to work with.
He'd be the starting QB at any other school, but he is playing behind Indiana's next Mr. Football.
How lucky is Reitz? Mr. Football starts for you and their backup QB is as good/better than everyone else's first string QB! They grow them right on the West side!

The Reitz crowd always has someone
in costume. This game featured
characters from The Mario Brothers

Who knew stadium lighting
was so flattering? :)

The Labyrinth!

Today was short again. SAY Soccer is all caught up (and posted on the Facebook Fan Page, and photos from last week's Harrison at Reitz football game are posted at http://shop.photoreflect.com and there is an "Action Photos" link on the http://shootmyphoto.com website as well.
Sorry, Billie! I TRIED to concentrate on linemen, but we got a lot of new faces in the game when the score got ridiculous.
The band was ready to go in 4th quarter :)

Next it was off to take a photo of the new downtown arena being built in Evansville. The University of Evansville has been calling on shootmyphoto.com for ten years for sports publication photos. Here is a great image of the work in progress. Next year IU comes to town for a Purple Pounding! (We hope!)
My watermark is across the photo because someone will steal it for a publication if I don't. Call me at 812-437-4686 if you'd like to purchase it for your usage!

Well we had just enough time left in the day for a faux wedding. The Yearbook and Newspaper staffs at FJ Reitz High School married their publications and dedicated themselves to making the Reitz pub's wonderful pieces. John Wells and the great kids at Reitz will surely make that happen.
The cake cutting was fun! But the pose after that was even better.

I also helped deliver band trophies today that Mike Cates had ferried over. Now home to work on the motorcycle and probably make the Reitz at Memorial game. I have the best seat in the house already reserved!!
